CEREMONY

When your wedding is booked at Deer Valley, ceremony sound support is thoughtfully included to ensure every word and moment is heard clearly.

This package includes a full audio setup with 2 EV 50 speakers, a mixer, and 3 microphones - one for the officiant and two for the couple - along with a microphone stand.

An experienced audio technician will be present 1 hour before the ceremony for setup and sound checks and will remain on site for 1 hour afterward to manage breakdown and ensure a seamless experience.

Additional microphones for trios, quartets, or other live performers, virtual equipment for remote guests, and laptop rentals for processional or ceremony music are also available.

COCKTAIL HOUR

Create a seamless and refined transition from ceremony to reception. Our team provides professional AV support for toasts, live musicians, and ambient music, delivering clear sound while maintaining the natural flow of the celebration.

RECEPTION

Each celebration is enhanced with professional audio, lighting, and DJ services that support every moment.

With extensive knowledge of Empire Lodge, Silver Lake Lodge, and Cushing's Cabin, our team ensures crystal-clear sound for toasts and speeches, lighting that evolves with the evening, and an engaging reception experience that flows effortlessly. Every detail is thoughtfully executed to enhance the atmosphere and create a celebration your guests will remember.

CEILING FEATURES

Deer Valley’s reception venues offer incredible opportunities for custom ceiling designs, allowing you to fully transform each space from above. Our ceiling features include a variety of structural options and custom rigging solutions to support everything from florals and greenery to chandeliers and specialty décor.

At Empire Lodge, we can provide iron hoops and 8'×8' grids, ceiling draping with bistro or twinkle lights arranged in a starburst pattern, and elegant chandeliers. Silver Lake Lodge can be enhanced with a hoop or twinkle lights along the center beam, complemented by chandeliers to elevate the ambiance.

With precision cabling and thoughtful engineering, we can create fully customized installations such as dramatic suspended florals and candlelight chandeliers, sculptural elements, or flowing drapery with layered lighting. Each design is tailored to enhance the scale and atmosphere of the space, creating a truly unforgettable celebration.
