CEREMONY

When your wedding is booked at Stein Eriksen Lodge, professional ceremony audio is seamlessly included.

Our ceremony AV package features a complete sound setup with two EV 50 speakers, a professional mixer, and three microphones - one for your officiant and two for the couple - along with a mic stand.

A dedicated audio technician will be on site one hour prior to the ceremony for setup and sound checks, and will remain on site for one hour following the ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Additional options are available, including extra microphones for trios, quartets, or other live performers, virtual equipment to accommodate remote guests, and laptop rentals for processional or ceremony music.

COCKTAIL HOUR

Create a natural & elegant transition between your ceremony and reception. We provide professional AV support for toasts, live musicians, and background music, ensuring clear sound without interrupting the flow of the celebration.

To enhance the space, we also offer custom foyer draping, adding a refined design element that elevates the atmosphere and complements your overall wedding aesthetic.

RECEPTION

With an in-depth understanding of the Stein Eriksen Ballroom, our team ensures crystal-clear sound for speeches, thoughtfully designed lighting that evolves throughout the evening, and an energy-driven reception experience that feels effortless from start to finish. Every detail is intentionally executed to enhance the atmosphere and keep the celebration flowing naturally.

CEILING FEATURES

The Stein Eriksen Ballroom offers incredible opportunities for custom ceiling designs, and our ceiling features allow you to fully transform the space from above. We provide a variety of structural options and custom rigging solutions designed to support everything from florals and greenery to chandeliers and specialty décor.

As the exclusive rigging partner for Stein Eriksen Lodge, we bring unmatched expertise and an in-depth understanding of the Stein Eriksen Ballroom. This allows us to design and execute custom ceiling installations that are both visually stunning and flawlessly integrated into the venue.

With precision cabling and thoughtful engineering, we can create fully customized installations. Whether that means dramatic suspended florals, candlelight chandeliers, sculptural elements, or statement designs such as floating copper balloons or flowing, wavy ceiling draping with layered florals and lighting, each design is tailored to uniquely enhance the room’s scale.
